Carl has been in plumbing since 1971 in Pennsylvania. He started after graduating from the industrial arts program in High School. He began working with his father-in-law's Plumbing/Heating and Air Company. He worked for 6 years, and then received his Master Plumbing License. His greatest accomplishment was going self-employed in 1977.
Beverly grew up in a family plumbing business. By the age of 14, she began answering the phone for her parents' business. After graduating from High School in 1973, she worked in a public relations position. After the children were born, she worked full-time in her and Carl’s plumbing business. We can confidently say she is one of the most knowledgeable people around to field plumbing questions and problems. When it comes to scheduling, she rules!!!!
In 1985, Carl and Beverly relocated to Snellville, Georgia, to establish an all-service plumbing company. They renamed their business Keep Smiling Plumbing Repair Service. The “Keep Smiling" name originated in honor of Carl's father, who is now deceased. He ran a health center in the 60's and 70's called Keep Smiling Health Center. He firmly believed that people didn't smile enough. When it comes to plumbing problems, you have to "Keep Smiling," through thick or thin.
Adria Keiser – Master Plumbing Technician/Office Manager
Adria has been in the plumbing business full-time since 1997. Ever since she was a little girl, she would work with her parents on school holidays and summer breaks. After graduating from High School in 1996, she started college and never intended to go into the plumbing business.
In the year 2000, she graduated with a degree in business and, to top it all off, her daughter Zoë was born. In 2001, she started going to school at Gwinnett Tech in the plumbing program, run by The Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA) and The Plumbing and Mechanical Association (PMA). She accomplished her first goal in December 2003 by receiving a Journeyman Plumbing License (only 5% of licensed plumbers in the United States are women). In May 2003, she received the Visionary Builder Student of the Year Award, through the Plumbing Apprenticeship program. She eventually graduated with a certificate in plumbing from Gwinnett Tech/CEFGA in July 2004. In August 2007, Adria accomplished her most important goal - to receive her Master’s License in plumbing.
